The Belfast table is a versatile table designed for gynaecological, perineal and general surgery. It incorporates a moveable top which allows the patient to be moved into the lithotomy position without being lifted or pulled.

With the thigh section pad removed, operation of a relased catch allows the patient, already in the lithotomy position, to be smoothly traversed down the table, thus eliminating the risk of injury to patient or staff.
