Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details which we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card or debit card payment and cheques. If you are shopping from outside the Euro zone, place your order and your credit card company or bank will convert the transaction to your own currency. If you don't want to pay by credit or debit card, then just place your order, print out the order form e-mailed to you and send it to us with a cheque made payable to "Europa-Med Ltd". We accept cheques in Euros and £sterling.

Shipping And Handling We add a standard delivery charge of 10.00 euros to each order and this delivery charge is for Europe only. Orders which are from outside Europe will be delivered to a freight forwarder or shipping agent within the European Union for the customer to ship on his own account, unless agreed by prior arrangement.

Delivery Schedule We process your order right away and we will normally send it to you within 30 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders delivered within the United Kingdom or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security Europa-Med uses a secure server for credit card payment. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website and we do not have access to your card details.
